Blossom Soft Set

Blossom Soft Set Honey is mostly Spring Blossom honey, but combined with a small amount of a secret English honey in such a way that it sets to a soft, easily spreadable consistency. The latest batch of this is a culmination of a year of trial and error, and Leigh thinks he has found the perfect combination, giving a silky smooth texture and gorgeous taste.
