Sea Lavender Honey is foraged by Leigh’s Bees working from hives on the edge of the coastal salt marshes at various locations along the North Norfolk coast, when the marshes turn purple with Sea Lavender flowers in mid summer. It has a unique taste and is particularly delicious with cheese.

13/07/2025 – the Sea Lavender crop is looking like a total fail for 2025 (extreme drought conditions), so there will be no new stock until Sept 2026 at the earliest. The very limited quantity of jars left are therefor priced at £15 each. In the unlikely event that this situation changes, and new stock becomes available, the price will then return to normal.
