Buckwheat and Ivy (240g)

Buckwheat and Ivy honey (240g) is a one off, very limited edition. A set of hives were placed to work Buckwheat (which they did), but they also found a decent quantity of Ivy Flowers, the result being this rather wonderful (if accidental) blend. Both Ivy and Buckwheat honey are robust in their own right – this combination seems to highlight the best aspects of both. It currently has a very soft set, and seems likely to remain that way.
